In order to have seal products that can meet the needs of the future, Diwei Seals has invested heavily in research and development. The R&D center in Shanghai is dedicated to the continuous development of new materials and products. Our standard products are suitable for a variety of applications, but not all current products can meet all needs. In this case, our product development department will create special solutions, from simple seals to multiple combination seals integrating additional functions to suit special needs.  

 
Our library contains over hundreds of unique formulations and seals that perform better in harsh environments such as extreme temperatures, medium erosion, ultra-high pressures and extremely stringent standards. A wide range of materials and multiple choices in production techniques is a function of the Diwei Seal production department, and modern development methodologies, similar thinking and experimentation are one of the ways to create special custom products.

< BR> Custom design: Using finite element analysis and other cutting-edge assistive technology, design solutions to meet the special needs of customers, according to customer needs, before mass production of these seals in the Dyway sealing laboratory for short or long term testing. With durable high pressure seals or sensitive opening valves, low friction vibration absorption seals or dust scraping plates that are not easy to bend, we provide special solutions to give our customers better solutions.
